On-board services:
 On board nursery equipped with dressing table and bottle-warmer in 2nd class car.
 On board information messages recorded in French, German and English.
 Bar car service on board: large assortment of meals, warm and cold dishes, sandwiches, desserts and warm and cold beverages.
 Facilities for handicapped travelers. Dedicated car in 1st class (accessible with 2nd class ticket) with a built-in wheelchair lift and wheelchair space.

On-board services in 1st class:
 In-seat catering service: an in-seat restaurant service is provided on all routes, except on Paris- Geneva. The various recipes were created by Franck Ferigutti -Chef at the award-winning restaurant of “the Mandarin Oriental Hotel”, located in Geneva. These unique recipes are based on traditional Swiss cuisine, further enhanced with original and inventive blends. The various menus are renewed weekly and the selection is different on the out-going and return journey so as to offer a wide variety of choice.
 For first class Paris-bound travelers, taxi reservations can be made on board with the conductor (at client’s expense).
 Free newspaper service: on-board of most TGV Lyria trains you may choose some free German or French newspaper which will be distributed by the catering employees onboard.

Accommodations:
 Refurbished exterior and interior, spacious seating organisation, brand new seats and floors in first and second class.

Police and customs checks:
At country borders, police and customs checks are carried out:
 on board the TGV Lyria train on the Lausanne-Paris, Bern-Paris and Zurich-Paris lines.
 in Geneva station for the Geneva-Paris line. These checks require you to present your identity card or passport with the relevant visa for travel in Switzerland.
