  • "England to Paris"
I have taken the Eurostar a number of times and find it very convenient. It is much easier than getting to and from the airport. The price is sometimes more than a flight depending on time of year and time of day.
  • "Short but comfortable"
Trip was short and not crowded so enjoyable.
  • "Comfortable"
We boarded the train at Ashford International, very easy, lovely staff. Enjoyed breakfast in our very comfortable seats and a great relaxing journey to Paris.
  • "Poor view, expensive food!"
Although a smooth ride that was convenient for a start and finish location it was disappointing that you are unable to select your seat online. I tried to do this as a early booking but got a seat with a very restricted view. Along with the very expensive food in the buffet car it took the shine off what was to be a fun part of a holiday.
  • "Waiting facilities spoil trip"
Train was delayed and there was nowhere to sit at Paris Nord
  • "London to Paris"
    No complaints. Excellent trip.
  • "Eurostar from Ashford"
I hadn't done enough research before booking the ticket to get a better price to where I actually intended to go -Belgium. I found it very convenient to leave from Ashford as I visited family there.
  • "Relaxing"
We were warmly welcomed by the steward / train manager. Took us to our seats and helped with our baggage. Quickly brought our breakfast. Very attentive. WE traveled First Class at it was worth the extra.
  • "Quick, safe trip."
We went from Ashford to Lille in 50 minutes! The check in procedure was easy, our seats were easy to find, there was plenty of room for our quite considerable amount of luggage, and the journey was quick and smooth. Much better than flying!!
  • "Great Trip"
This is the way to travel easy no hassle and comfortable.
  • "A Day in Paris"
Our trip from Ashford, Kent was very convenient to travel to Paris for the day. The trip was only two hours. Unfortunately, we had our passports stolen on Metro 4 Gare Du Nord railway station which was very traumatic for my grandson (aged 13 years) and myself. However, the Eurostar personnel were very helpful and although we missed our original train, we were able to get another stopping at Ebsfleet, we then caught a fast train from Ebsfleet back to Ashford. I right this review to warn travellers about very clever pick pockets, our passports were in a concealed pocket.
  • "Loved it!"
What a great experience! It was just so easy, so much better than flying! Great service, very comfortable seats, great value for money and a very smooth journey! We'll definitely do this again!
