    Very Acceptable |
"Smooth, comfortable and on time, but the connection for our ongoing trip to Paris was tight - we only made it by a few minutes. The only downside was the fact that to access the platform at Carcassone we had to go up and down flights of stairs which with heavy luggage and at our age (77) was an ordeal. This is a real problem with all French stations and the Paris Metro - something must be done, it is unacceptable. "

    Great Trip |
"This was a local transfer to get to the fast train. All went well, platform easy to find, train left on time. Only thing to be aware of is there are three steps to get on the train. Can be tricky with bags by yourself. "
