"The train departed on time and arrived on time. The conductor was polite and multilingual. The only issue was that someone was sitting in my allocated seat but that did not bother me as there were other seats available that had the same comfort level. "

"Would thoroughly recommend travelling by train from Paris to London. Train was easy to access, comfortable and affordable. The weather conditions delayed departure time however that was unavoidable. First class carriage was very comfortable and the breakfast served was an unexpected delight. Will certainly repeat this experience in the future. "

"Excellent service although all the tickets booked through Raileurope we received the worst seats available. Either no windows (the panel seats) and/or facing backwards. W booked early and though we would get better seats. Rest of service was excellent. "
