Travel inspiration in Amsterdam and Frankfurt
Amsterdam, the capital city of the Netherlands, is located in the province of North Holland. The city got its name from a dam in the river Amstel and was a small fishing village at its creation. Nowadays Amsterdam is a busy seaport and one of the top European financial centres as well as a major cultural hub. The canals, world-famous museums and historical sights makes Amsterdam one of the most romantic and beautiful cities in Europe. Amsterdam can be reached easily by train from other European capitals - Paris, London or Brussels.
Frankfurt, the largest financial centre in Europe
Captivating contrasts await you in Frankfurt, the home of Goethe and Apple Wine. The Museum Embankment at the Main River is unique for the German cultural scenery.
Reviews & ratings Amsterdam - Frankfurt
Too many stops all the way to Frankfurt.
Great trip. No problems with booking.
Comfortable seats and a quiet ride that arrived on time. Good service.
We found the carriage we were in quite grubby but the seating comfortable. Again the area for storing suitcases limited.
