Reviews & ratings Avignon - Geneva
Good connection with earlier train from Strasbourg. Comfortable seats. Helpful on board staff. Only one problem...there's never enough rack space for suitcases and the overhead racks are too small for small cases. Always a pleasure though to travel on trains when you come from Australia.
We travelled First Class to Avignon and it was OK. The train appeared to be one of the older ones in the fleet and cleaning had been superficial. Having had previous travel in Italy this wasn't as good. No major problems however we expected a little more perhaps.
