Reviews & ratings Geneva - Milan
Trains are excellent and well priced! Tourists please be aware of persons being nice and helping you with your luggage at this train station. Even police on the platforms seem to turn an blind eye to the scams happening on the platforms. These persons will grab your bags like they are helping you and then expect money in return. They are very intimidating and pushy.
We booked our tickets from Milan to geneva in australia a month earlier at avery good price. We also had the option of flying, but decided on the train trip as we could see the swiss country side. The train was excellent very smoothe and we did not feel the trip, there is a mobile drink service on the train if required,no problem with the excess luggage.
Seats were cramped and showing signs of age.
I had a very good journey and I paid a very good price for it!
Great Trip, really enjoyed the scenery. The only problem we encountered was my friend was not able to use her return ticket as she had to return to Geneva early. As our party of three were all listed on the one ticket we were not able to cancel or transfer the travel date for one person. I would advise other groups travelling together to request separate travel vouchers for each individual.
