Reviews & ratings Glasgow - London
was very happy with the efficiency of the trip on Virgin Trains return from Glasgow to London. The trains were punctual and arrived on time.
An excellent service.
It was easy to book and boarding was only 20 minutes before but no problem with that. Journey was scenic
Mad rush to get to train once it was designated a platform. Got on train OK but trying to manoeuvre with our luggage was difficult and uncomfortable. Train had departed platform and people still trying to store luggage and get to their seats. Very chaotic for 1st class. Hate to be in cattle class. Once the dust settled it was a relaxing, enjoyable trip.
Stansted Mountfitchet on 28 September Young girl ,name beginning with S, was fantastic when my tickets would not print. She was accommodating and helpful
My partner and I traveled this month. We found the first class booked reservation seats rather comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee on offer for free throughout the journey. There was free wifii and the gentleman next to us was using his the whole of the trip, unfortunately our apple iPad would not connect. There was a cafe on the train and had a good choice of sandwich, rolls and snack foods. The training. Was very clean. Would use the train services again when travelling in the UK. We were on a family holiday from Melbourne.
