Reviews & ratings Malaga - Madrid
Excellent service and staff Like first class air travel! Would recommend it The AVE trains are excellent. Much more convenient than flying between Malaga and Madrid.
Very comfortable trip, excellent service and very clean. Definitely value for money. Very convenient as a group of five to travel by train to Madrid with ease.
Direct into the centre of Madrid - with easy access to the Madrid metro system for transfer to our hotel.
We really enjoyed our experience on your train during our journey between Malaga and Madrid and would recommend your service to all travellers. We will be sure to use your service on our next visit to Spain. 5 stars
The journey by train was very comfortable and relaxing
I have travelled the train system 3 times on my trip and they were all perfect. Seats were comfortable, they have movies with different languages, and luggage was easily placed. Would happily travel it again
It was an enjoyable journey. The train was clean, comfortable and the journey, smooth. It left on time from Malaga and arrived in Madrid on time as well. I would highly recommend travelling on this train.
We finished a 14 day Mediterranean Cruise at Malaga we had booked the train for our next journey to Madrid. It was a quick and comfortable trip with a short taxi ride to our hotel.
The train trip was very enjoyable, comfortable and on time. The staff were also very friendly. The only issue we had was that during the booking and printing of the tickets, the RENFE website was quite unstable requiring frequent attempts at each step. It was a relief that the e-tickets worked correctly.
The train was fine.Left on time got in on time. The only issue was I asked for first class tickets, which I always buy,but found out on the train they were actually Tourist Plus
Trains were very clean and comfortable, and the entire process from check-in to arrival in Madrid was faultless. The ride was quite smooth, even when cruising at 300kmph, and we were able to enjoy the Spanish countryside as we relaxed in the spacious coach. Train departed and arrived on schedule, and we didn't have a long taxi ride to our Madrid accommodation. A great alternative to flying.
Reliable, very comfortable
clean, fast, safe, comfortable, and excellent value. thank you.
Everything that Renfe promised about their trains is true! We had spacious seats; the train left and arrived on time and we just wish we had a similar service in Australia. This way of travelling is much more convenient than flying!
Although my friend and I missed the first train we planned to catch (problem locating the departure gate), when we finally got on board the trip was extremely smooth and pleasant. We booked the first class tickets and it was a very relaxing trip. After long hours on a plane it was a pleasure to be able to stretch and move about if you needed to. The trains were incredibly fast but glided along and this all made for a very comfortable experience. You need to be aware of the limited amount of space for luggage so I recommend you get on board early rather than do a last minute rush. I would travel by train again in the future as it was a great way to get around.
