Convenient, reliable and direct. Would definitely recommend to others and use the service again.
Punctual, organised and professional. I would definitely do it again and recommend it to friends.
Excellent except that car numbers were not on platform or cars
Train was on time. Trip was rapid and comfortable. All arrangements and ticketing were correct.
This is only a short 1 1/2 hour journey by fast train so was over very quickly. Everything went very smoothly from booking to our return leg. The train it's self was very comfortable and i think well worth the extra money for 1st class.
I love travelling by train in Europe and I have used Rail Europe several times to book trains within France and from Paris to London. The best feature I think is the convenience of arriving at the CDG airport in Paris and being able to connect with a TGV soon after touchdown to get a direct train to destinations around France, in my case to Poitiers -just a 2 hr 20min trip. The trains are a super reliable and enjoyable way of getting around France. While in France I decided to drive from the Charentes to Provence and so had to change my return train plans - I was able to cancel my return train booking without penalty and buy an alternate ticket from Avignon back to CDG airport. Once I found Wi-fi, this was relatively easy to do although I needed the confirmation email as well as the ticket, which was a minor issue, but I was able to amend my plans without problem. The 3
The usual first class seating on the TGV Atlantique was comfortable. We were unable to book airline style seating so were sitting across from each other at a table which doesn't provide as much leg room.
