Reviews & ratings Reims - Paris
Clean, fast, quiet - wish we had them in Australia!
Easy trip to Paris.
The train was comfortable and clean. It was a convenient way to travel.
I am Australian travelling on my own in Paris and decided to catch a train to the champagne region to take up a tour of area. The whole experience by rail was excellent. We have a lot to learn from the french re train travel.
Took the TGV from Paris to Reims for the day - very fast, reliable service. Comfortable way to get to heart of Champagne district.
So speedy and comfortable.
THE TRIP WAS COMFORTABLE AND ALSO CONVENIENT BUT THE PRICE WAS ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS AS WE ARE BOTH PENSIONERS. OVERALL A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
How easy - book on line, print tickets at home, go to the station, board, loads of space for suitcases and sit back enjoy the experience of fast silent train travel. The train leaves precisely on time. Beats plane travel in comfort and time.
Reims is a great day trip from Paris.
Recently travelled return from London to Paris on Eurostar. Took advantage of the locker services at Gare du Nord and caught bus 38 into St Michel Fountain to have a last look around the beautiful city, winding our way through the back streets of this area full of restaurants and fantastic stores. Caught metro back to the station, collected bags and checked in approx 40 minutes before departure...so much more convenient than flying and directly into the heart off London. We had connections to Cambridge booked at same time making the whole trip very user friendly. Would not consider any other way to travel between London and Paris.
Travelling on the TGV is amazing. The trains are clean, comfortable and, in our experience, very punctual. We think it is a very convenient, hassle-free way to travel. The cost is very low and great value for money. You can sit back and watch the beautiful countryside roll by whilst you are having a snack and a drink.
