Reviews & ratings Reims - Paris

  • "A great trip to Champagne"
We travelled with our young family to Reims for the day. The train was very comfortable and the staff at the SNCF office in Reims especially helpful when we needed to purchase an extra ticket on the day. Take your won food and drinks though as the cafe car wasn't open for this short journey (45 mins) and we were caught without a drink of water for the children on our way home.
  • "Fast, efficient"
Book online, pay a little extra for first class, and enjoy fast, comfortable, no-fuss travel in France, even without a word of French!
  • "Great Way to travel"
I love the french rail system! It is easy, comfortable and convenient, and it is on time and reliable, unlike the australian system which is slow, unreliable and can see you stuck on a slow dirty old bus because they keep cancelling trains. Give me the french system and rail anytime, well done!!!!!
  • "Reims by rail"
This is the first time I have travelled by train in France (metro excepted) and I was very impressed. The service was highly efficient and went off without a single delay. The seating was comfortable and the staff helpful.
  • "Reims"
Clean comfortable train. Great price, and on time
  • "Great experience!"
This was our first experience travelling in Europe by rail. We had no idea what to do when we arrived at the train station, we could not understand what we to do or where to go, when a porter obviously noticed us and came to our rescue. We then checked our baggage into the cloak room until time to depart. One of the staff actually walked us to the platform and assisted with our baggage. Wow! We felt relieved with the guidance which eased us and made for a great experience!
  • "Good way to travel"
A great way to travel to the Champagne district from Paris. Comfortable and relaxing trip to get us in a good frame of mind for a day of touring
  • "Best trip"
Love train travel in Europe so civilised.
  • "excellent"
I not only travelled to Paris Montpellier I also travelled Montpellier/ Arles and Paris /Reims. All four trips were outstanding. Booking, time of departure/arrival, comfort and cleanliness of train, helpful staff. If only we had such systems in Australi. Bravo Rail Europe.
  • "Most Efficient"
    Excellent overall !!
  • "Great Experience - Very Expens"
We had a one day trip from Paris to Reims and back and found the service and trains very good but the cost extremely high. However, I'll have to say that following the instructions to print the tickets in the auto-machines did not work and we almost missed the train by having to go to the office and getting the tickets printed.
  • "champane trip"
we travel from paris to Reims, very easy smooth trip would do again , easy to book on line. Very enjoyable.
  • "Train travel, covers country "
Out ticket was booked on line in Australia, but not able to be printed at the time. At Amboise, there was some difficulty in retrieving our booking. Carying suitcases on staircases is very difficult between platforms. From there train travel was splendid. Comfortable seating. Clean carriages. On Time. My Favorite means of travel in France.
  • "Paris to Reims and return"
Great swift trip at 320 kmh with no problems with bookings ,ticket access ,seating all as booked a no fuss most enjoyable journey right on time.We will not hesitate to use Rail Europe whenever we can in the future.
  • "Great Trip"
My wife and I travelled to and from Reims recently and were very pleased with both the trip. Each train left the station and arrived exactly according to the scheduled time. The trip was pleasant and reasonably quiet. We are from Australia and this was the first time we have used the system and we were very satisfied with the service provided. The seat and carriage numbering system was a little confusing but we were helped by friendly staff and it didnt cause any problems. Great Trip!
