Reviews & ratings Rotterdam - Amsterdam
Our train left on time, was comfortable and quiet
Whilst only half an hour this trip was on time and comfortable. I would certainly recommend the rail network to travel.
Train trip was great, except there is not enough room for cases. There needs to be more storage so cases aren't stored in the doorway as there's not enough room.
We had to make travel arrangements at the last moment before leaving Australia. Not receiving the tickets and full confirmation for 3 working days is not very reassuring as we had to book and pay for a hotel as well at the same time, whilst not knowing whether we had a secured seat on the train. In this day and age booking should be instant. Train trip to Paris was excellent. Return trip had some major issue in regards to cleanliness in the toilet department with the ladies toilet closed and the gents with almost an inch of liquid on the floor. In the final analysis - booking process for Australians is poor, train, seating comfort and speed of transport is fantastic and then the toilet issue - we leave that up to your imagination.
Fabulous experience on Thalys. Highly recommended.
