It was very simple to arrange the train trip, ticket, everything. Happy with that
Great trip and would definitely book with you again.
All went well and a very comfortable train trip. Booking process was also very efficient.
it is only 16 minutes on the train from Caen to Bayeux but it was a very easy experience and economical
the TGV is wonderful - very comfortable and effortless trip from Bayeux to Pontorson.
We found Gare Paris Montparnasse vey easy to navigate. Plenty of options to buy food to take on the train. The platform number appeared on the noticeboard some 20 minutes before departure and we had no trouble locating our train, carriage and seats. There was convenient storage for our reasonably large pieces of luggage within the carriage, between seats. The trip was fast, smooth, comfortable and on time. There was no trolley service for drinks or snacks. We think there was a buffet car but we didn't seek it out.
The trip was fantastic, connections on time. The only problem was validating the ticket. If rail europe was to explain the mechanism in a little more detail. Compostage ici to a poor reader of French means to Re-cycle here. Anything except validate. Merci pour La Grandmere bon who assisted me. Otherwise the service was excellent, yours James A. Duffy
The trip was only a couple of hours. Safe, comfortable, clean and on time. Great value for money. Beats driving hands down.
We had to make two separate bookings (A to B then B to C) to get to our destination to receive a cheaper price than booking A-C. The way prices change so much depending on when they are booked is also frustration just like the airlines).
We needed to meet family in Jersey and decided to try RE. The train was both very clean and comfortable and more importantly on time!!!
