Reviews & ratings Venice - Florence
It was a good trip. Seats are a bit small. The seats should be arranged side by side, not opposite to each other.
Journey was alright - reasonably clean carriage and toilets. Service was alright.
the train was so easy, with baggage racks, power points for phone charging and comfortable seats
Getting on the coach was difficult with suit cases due to pushy passengers only thinking of themselves. But train and staff were excellent
Nice trip, we liked it better than hiring a car. staff very friendly
Very comfortable and timely. No complains.
It was our first trip to Italy where we used Italian trains. We found the train travel very enjoyable.. All trains ran on time, they were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely use them again.
Once we found the new station at Bologna (station 18) in the new building and at level -5, all was OK, the train was very nice and comfortable, very fast trip to Florence, no stress, very pleased with the results.
Booking, Navigating the Train Stations, Boarding and disembarking all easy. Trains are very comfortable, with good view. Staff were friendly.
comfortable and quiet ride..
Very convenient, easy to use and well maintained. Seats were a bit squishy, and bookings tended to seat couples facing each other. Excellent space for storage.
The train coming into Milano Garibaldi was not convenient as we were staying next to Milano Centrale and were leaving from there the next day.
fantatic trains on time comfortable very efficient
Journey was very comfortable, quiet and fast. This train also continues to Switzerland. We travelled in the first class cabin and whilst it was comfortable, a little unnecessary given the short travel time.
Travelling by train around Italy was easy and fast. We bought our tickets online and simply went to the train station and boarded the train. The trains were on time and a comfortable way to travel especially with bags. It's a great way to see a lot of the countryside without having to worry about traffic or concentrating on maps etc.
