Reviews & ratings Vienna - Prague
Excellent service and relaxing trip between 2 beautiful capital cities.
Happy Hour for 3 hrs ---from 45 mins after the train left Vienna—Half price for drinks and food. Unfortunately, this was not the case on the return trip from Praha—must be two different companies or governments. ( we booked in July but travelled in September. Sam Kumar
Wien Meidling is nowhere as interesting as Westbahnhof but serves the purpose. It was a good train ride although we were a little non-plussed when the seating was 6 to a cabin - we expected French TGV style. Seating was comfortable and the window as good for looking at the passing scenery. The dining car was a saviour as you could escape the cabin. Food there was average but OK. Arriving in the heart of Prague is much better than arriving at an airport.
