    Lack of asistance at Morlaix S | John l. | 2013/10/17
"I booked on-line and printed my tickets at home - unfortunately there was a problem with the website printing set up and the Coach No was not clearly visible on the tickets. I tried in vain to get the attention of someone in the CLOSED office at Morlaix station but they just turned their back on me ! (typical French hospitality). We (6 of us) had to drag all our luggage in one coach then search all the coaches until we found corresponding seat nos that no one was using - we eventually confirmed the correct coach when the ticket inspector came around. Also at Morlaix station, the TGV train came to platform 2 which meant lugging 6 x 25kg cases plus carry on luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs !! "
