    "We jumped on this train for the short trip to Milano. It was early evening, and it soon became clear that the carriage did not have any working power for lights etc. Overall the carriage cleanliness was poor and aged. The experience was further soured by the train employee who decided to smoke throughout the journey at the end of the carriage, even though it was non-smoking. We got there, which was the aim, but it should be better than this. "

    "During our recent trip to england and europe we travelled extensively by train. We found the trains to be fast, reliable, safe and clean. Also very comfortable. The staff on the trains and at the stations were always very helpfull. which made our train travel all the more enjoyable. I would not hesitate to travel by train through europe again.
