"Transferring from Eurostar to TER was easy. I had to change railway stations but it was well marked with and railway staff were helpful, it was an easy ten minute walk in a straight line between stations. The train was very modern, clean and air-conditioned. "

"Arriving at the station for our first rail trip in France we mad our way to the information centre. I had our trave documents verified as it was the fist of 4 trips in a month that I had booked 3 months earlier. I ask where the train was leavin from I was told to watch the blue screen and 20 minutes before the train leaves we would be informed. Getting on the train with luggage is a nightmare and there is know one to help not even the elderly whom my wife and I helped at least 6 that struggled. Once on its than a matter ti find some where to put the luggage. Other than all this the train was a TGV and was only 1 hours lat getting to Amboise. The driver we organised had long gone. "
