"As a first time ever traveller by train from Rennes, a better explanation of how to find the ticket machine would have been helpful. This could be done after receiving confirmation of booking, eg small map showing where ticket office is. For international travellers also a stops guide would be helpful too, instead of just a voice advice. We don't all speak the language of the country and all assistance is great and helps other travellers too. Was nice to travel on public transport that was clean with no graffit. "

    Mayhem. | Roy b. | 2016/07/06
"With only 15 minutes to join from our connecting train it was mayhem trying to find the correct platform and get to it. We then found there was no allocated seating, so it was like a Rugby scrum to sit together. We were able to do so only when a local lifted his dog off the seat next to him to allow his wife to sit there freeing up 2 seats for us at the opposite end of the carriage from our luggage. Old train with awful service in the refreshment carriage. "
